August 21, 2007–Integrative Health Technologies (IHTI) posted its monthly update in the “Press Room” on its website (www.ihtglobal.com) under the headings listed below.

IHTI’s Aug 15, 07 10-QSB for the quarter ending Jun 30, 07
reported the opening of a new research center, and continued improvements in its financial health with fifth successive quarters of positive cash flow, net profits, and increased net assets resulting from net operating profits of its portfolio companies.

The Bone-Health Study
The first six months of its five-year study of its AlgaeCal Bone Health Plan has been completed finding that among adults, women over 50 years of age had the greatest gain in bone density in spite of the expected decline for women of this age.  Children/adolescents aged 8-18 years also increased their bone density above the expected improvements for these ages. The study was initiated in response to the U.S. Surgeon General’s “call to action” to develop plans and products to improve the bone health of people of all ages.

New Studies.  In addition to designing its study on the effects of the bone health program on adolescents in physically demanding activities, the Company’s scientists began four new R & D studies to determine the extent to which different natural dietary supplements can improve the efficacy of treatment programs for (1) elevated cholesterol, (2) incontinence  (3) obesity, and (4) weight problems.

Support encouraged for African Orphanage.
IHTI is supplying its bone- and immune-health supplements and encourages contributions to Alamo City Mercy Foundation’s orphanage in Kitengela, Africa. The orphanage offering hope the “chokoras”, children of the dirt, who wander aimlessly through the streets of Africa having lost their parents to AIDS and other diseases.

Forward-Looking Statements are made by management concerning its expected future operations, performance and other developments. These are our best judgment estimates based upon current information, but involve risks and uncertainties. There are no assurances that other factors will not affect the accuracy of these statements since it is impossible to identify all relevant factors that could affect actual results. They include, but are not limited to, government regulation, managing and maintaining growth, effects of adverse publicity, litigation, competition and other factors.
